It's slightly misleading, IMHO, to describe this as a "biography". I wouldn't even call it an autobiography; rather, it's a memoir of the author's experiences as a candidate in the 2016 US Presidential Election.
It's Hilary Clinton's third volume of memoirs, after Living History (2003) and Hard Choices (2014).
The question has been edited for the website; the question setter failed to notice that there is no question mark in the title. This is no doubt deliberate. The author isn't wondering what happened; she's telling us what actually did happen. Or so she would have us believe.
